Sands

• Green Sand
  Our Olivine based sand benefits from a high melt point, low thermal expansion, thermal fraction resistibility. Suitable for rapid production of parts as well as producing a high quality finish.
• Petrobond Sand
  Our Petrobond sand is a petrol based sand with similar qualities to that of our olivine sand. It differs only in that it produces a higher quality finish resulting in less time required for clean up.
• Shell
  Utilizes a resin bonded sand to cover mold. Offers higher dimensional accuracy, increased production, and decreased labor requirments.
• Air Set
  Chemically bonded sand allows for greater adherence to dimensional specifications and allows for the production of highly-cored, difficult castings. Air Set casting also allows for a larger range of casting sizes, making it ideal to cast parts with greater dimensions and masses.
